HOLY F***ING S**T!!!
That's nice ;D
HOLY F***ING S**T!!!
That's nice ;D
Gotta try that for sure, and if it won't work... then... DAMN ;D
before anyone tries this - this is the OPPOSITE of what actually happens
If you tank your hidden rating to 1300 the system will try to get you BACK to 1300 on your new team
you will only be winning 1-5 pts per win, losing over 20
THIS DOES NOT WORK. TRIED ON ALT.
MADE A TEAM ON MY 80 ALT, SANKED IT TO 1.2K, remade team, we wont 20-2, only at 1650.
doesn't seem to work for me.. only winning 2-4points.. but opposite teams is loosing 27+ rofl :P
made it down to 998rating. we were at 1650 rating!![]()
Wow /facepalm
This is true/not true.
I have an 80, who tanked down to 1200s rating. Made another 2v2 with an actual skilled pvper, we were 27-5, and only at 1573. Winning 3-6 rating a match, and losing 20 rating a match.
But, at the same time I would understand if the opposite had happened to you... because I joined a 3v3, with my tanked "1200 PR" it was a fresh 3v3 at 1500, we were losing 3-4 rating a match, yet gaining 20+ rating every win.... our rating is 1630 with a 10-11 record.
So... I think it also plays off of your partners PR.
I've also heard different things on the matching such as an article Nathyrra (one of the top arena DK's wrote) about how they were pairing you on item level. Here's the article:3.0.8: Blizzard Ruins Arena; New Death Knight Specs | World of Ming | WoW Riot | WotLK, Wrath of the Lich King, WoW, World of Warcraft, Arena Season 5
this is totaly bullshit, ok yes you will win "some" games which give some points with a new team but you wont get to 1900 that easy when you had probs to reach that rating before, you will be faster down rated again, if you had a 2.3k rating team delete it and start with 1500 you will get 1900 realy fast, nothing else, system is easy to understand and imo realy good
I'm pretty sure the 2.2k rated team loses as much rating to the 1500 rating team as they would if the 1500 team's rating was the same as their hidden rating. But the 1500 team would win around 26-28 I think. So let's say they're both on the same hidden rating (2.2k in this case) but one team has 2.2k team rating and one team has 1500 team rating then the 2.2k rated team will lose about 11-9 rating whilst the 1500 rated team will win 26-28 rating.
Epic win, works, people don't understand what you're trying to get across here though.
Hmmm this sounds intresting, i might gonna try it, thanks in advance.
You can also once you get a high rating invite someone thats a lower rating But still good.
I was at a 1777 rating Invited a hunter that was at the 14-1500s and we pushed him up to 1700, and me to like.. 1900.. Then we lost.. =\ But still, it works ^.^ Im a priest btw ^.^
What if you have 2 extra people (for a 2v2 example). One where you 2v2 with, one spare guy.
Make a real team with your serious 2v2 buddy and try win a few matches to 1600-1700 or so. After that, invite the spare guy in the team, make him leader and both you and your serious buddy quit the team.
After that, make a new 2v2 team with your serious buddy and lose LOTS of matches down to 1000 rating or so. After that, both of you get invited back to your old 2v2 team by the spare guy and continue with the rating you had there.
Same bracket, same people, different teams. The spare guy is used to keep your serious team rating.
It sounds way too simple to be true to me. Can anyone give me some insight about it?
