Currently Feral Charge - Cat has no threat component to it. This means you can charge an NPC, daze them, and run away without aggroing them (assuming they are sufficiently low level to avoid proximity aggro.) I noticed this when grinding for runecloth in expedition armory in hellfire penninsula.
As is, this could be a somewhat useful escape tactic for pve/world pvp. I know it's nothing too special, but I doubt this is working as intended, since you actually daze your enemy without aggroing them. In fact, perhaps this is evidence that the daze mechanic in game inherently causes zero threat? Maybe there is a nice application of this someone can think of?
