Rune Tap Glitch

There is a bug with run tap where it instantly resets the CD after you zone in/out of any sort of instance. This can be useful for kicking ass at instance summoning stones =)

Yes but while you're running in and out of an instance like a lunatic restoring perhaps 30k hp, they could be off bandaging and getting ready to jump you. Your loading speed would have to be minute for this to be of extreme use

There was a thread like this a long time ago, this works for all small cooldowns. ( Don't remember exactly what's the biggest cooldown timer that it's able to reset. ) Grats on finding this on your own though.
