Ok, many old raiders may remember Lucifron. He had this really annoying curse -

Lucifron's Curse - Spell - World of Warcraft

This, when applied on death knights, makes it so everything requires 0 runes. It lasts 5 minutes, and you can easily do the hardest encounters in the game exploiting this fact. The dps of a death knight rockets up without the limitations of runes.

it is also a debuff, so you could in theory when arenas come out start the match with this still on.

I think you misunderstand. The only limitation is the GCD with this curse, its like a warrior no rage cost or a rogue having no energy cost.

and with warlock summons to anywhere i could see this being extremely profitable. recieve summon notice get debuff take summon. pwn shit

These kind of debuffs are also removed upon entering arena, like hunters mark was.

It's not a Exploit when you get it as a spell..

It's a exploit if you like me, found out how runes have 0 CD without a spell, and doesnt go off easy. And getting 300k exp an hour.
