Vindication vs Vehicles

Hi guys

Since last patch vehicles are affected by all kinds of debuffs. The Paladin have one talent named "Vindication", it gives the paladins attacks a chance to reduce the targets attributes by 20%. If this talent proccs on a vehicle for example a Devastator it reduces its Health by 11k!

Its easy to do a massive amount of "damage" on a bunch of vehicles just with this one talent.

Attribute based talents shouldnt affect vehicles -> exploit
example: Fortitude doesnt work anymore on vehicle

Vehicles can now be affected by most player spells, except CC, snares and roots.
