Small but Useful arena trinket exploit

With the new patch comes bug and this is one of them. There is a trinket called Darkmoon Card: Berserker! - Item - World of Warcraft. Now with this item it's only suppose to proc when some hits you with a attacking spell /melee attack. The exploit is that now it procs when the person is healed also. This trinket on my realm only sells for around 1000g so I suggest picking it up if you have the spare coin.

I have the item, I was using it since I was lackin' in resil, I have to confirm this, but it's working as intended. If you reread the trinket, they changed it. It says whenever you strike, or are struck (Does count for healing) you gain _______.

It says when you are struck IN COMBAT. As far as I know healing does not put you in combat unless the person your healing is in combat...
