yesterday i was doing heroic cot strat * im an orc female *and then i used my Iron Boot Flask wich you can buy for 10 relics of ulduar and when the effect wore off then i became a human male instead of a human female

I can tell you this works i was just in a group and a female human mage used iron boot flask and when it wore of she was a male. you get my rep for today mate
