IMO Trying timing it right, ask the GL when the charter will be turned in. If he says doing it now get an invite from a diff guild but don't accept. Once your in your new guild from the charter accept the invite.

When you join a new guild the old guild message thing is always still there..
I dont believe this is true and you will not be given any rep until you have solid proof.

If you want solid proof use a capturing program like Fraps to record while playing, they can't go against such proof.

And if they come with the: "Nicely done editing the movie".

This isn't going to work. Don't even waste your time and try. He is using an addon called "Guild2Guild" which merges guild chats, hence the other people in his chat.

ive tried this before, it def. doesnt work.. think about it.. you sign the charter, then join a guild, you get taken off the charter, and join the guild that you had joined. u mustve been lucky, or this is shooped.
