Does not work on live I'm afraid...
it just shows the message 'you can't do that right now'.
My guess is it has something to do with the new mechanics they are trying with mounts.

Its only possible with the winged mount as a Death knight..

Lets you cast this mount while currently mounted

You can do it now just mount up on say your epic mount then mount onto your flying mount its as easy as that.
