Yeah i think it was hotfixed to only give it at a low level or something i went there at 229 and hit 30 of them before i gave up not getting any skill ups.. maybe this one works to 450.

Yes... it stopped at 75 because you need to meet a Trainer and learn the next level of mining. You have to go to a Trainer at 75, 150, 225, 300 and 375.

So its not really 1-spot...but if it works, nice find. Anyone can confirm?
