First you need the Underbelly Elixir and need to morph into a "bee"

then you go to this spot

fly up to pass the invisible wall
screen

if you made it go into the upper left corner
screen

then you should have a view like this

and then fly over to the arena

You can also get to that arena with vehicle mount; (chopper, mammoth, carpet) by going through some wall there and jumping down.
