On the realm selection screen, if the realm says "Normal" beside it or "RP", it is possible to do this exploit on there.

Hm. From the sound of it they fixed the bug that allowed you to flag someone through duels by not making them able to attack now.

Just before they hit you, flag for pvp and forfeit, make a macro or something and they will hit you after the duel finished, flagging themselves for PvP.

Yeahh, but this isn't about that exploit :/ Although you might be able to do something cool combining those two exploits.
