Double your chance to proc trinkets

(Disclaimer, I searched for "Crystalized" and saw nothing other than farming guides, so I hope this isn't a repost...)

This is an old bug from burning crusade that they seemed to have let split again. Many of you may or may not know but combining 10 Crystalized [Element] into it's eternal form or uncombining an eternal, is not on the global cooldown.

Many of you know that things such as cooking, or making potions can proc "on cast' abilities/trinkets, the same goes for these crystals.

ex:
/Cast Starfire
/use Crystalized Fire

Will combine a set of 10 Crystalized fire after each starfire (and is not on the global cooldown), literally doubling your chance to proc something such as Clearcasting, or trinkets.

Though this could double your chance to proc trinkets remember there is a 45 second hidden cooldown.

Only down fall is you need a shit load of crystallized stuff, would it work with enchanting mats? Because you can combine and un combine them allowing for re use

Thanks! And while almost every single item/spellcast proc in the game does have a 45 second internal cooldown, the faster the cooldowns up the faster your chance to proc again.

You cast 3 things and gave up then? Go to wowhead.com and look up which item or ability you're trying to cast or proc. Most trinkets have a 15-20% chance to proc off of spells (with a 45 s ICD). While, even doubled, 40% =/= 100%.

I just had my Embrace of the Spider proc by spam clicking my eternals and crystals into each other, and not even spellcasting.

You can also just make incorporate /Use Eternal Fire or create a second button to just make 10 -> 1 -> 10 -> 1 again.

i spam clicked the crystallized things for about 10 mins, not even a single proc off that (Spark of Life - Spell - World of Warcraft) trinket.
and no druid clearcast proc in that 10 mins. maybe works on some trinkets but it does not work on this one

This is from Elitist Jerks, and nearly every trinket was hot fixed about a week ago with the exception of maybe one or two items. It does not proc clearcasting or anything like that, that's just wrong.

Greater Cosmic \ Lesser Cosmic also work on a select few trinkets.

The macro method you posted in the first post is incomplete as well. Put more research \ effort into the post next time please. What you have posted would require someone to have an infinite amount of crystalized items in their bags.

just make another to turn the eternal back to crystallized. ill see if this works

it does work depending on what trinket you got and yer luck. Myself im usin the trinket from maexxna in naxx i beleave its calle embrace of the spider and it DOES work on that one. It sometimes even procs on profesion crafts in my case engineering alchemy and cooking. even on fishing. The eternal crap does work aswell it just requires some time and luck for the procs dont go say it doesnt work if you dont get it after 3 times.

Myself found this about a month ago but didnt wanna post due nervs wich are bound to come if it goes public.

May I recommend that you make the macro more like this.
/cast Spell
/use Crystallized Fire
/use Eternal Fire
So it'll combine them and separate so it can repeat infinitely.
