Step 2:: Make a spare gmail account

Step 3:: Log into wow site with your main account and send recruit a friend invite to spare account

Step 4:: Create temp account with the RAF key and the name on the paypal account

Step 5:: Use paypal account to upgrade your temp wow account, now your main account is credited with a free month

Step 6:: Dispute charge as item not recieved, paypal doesnt protect seller on digital items

Your main account is now credited with a free month!

But also I have seen people say that this is ban-able, or temp-ban. Not exactly sure.

well on US site the only way to upgrade your account is by credit card so doesnt work for us accounts

This does NOT work. If you read the payment rules carefully you'll see that if you withdrawn any money under any circumstances, you'll receive a permanent ban.
