Someone already brought it to the attention of a Dev on the WoW PTR forums, so it will be fixed come live.

errr.. go to this amazing website called wowhead : search Mallet of Zul'Farrak... it will tell you how to get the item then in patch 3.0.8 it gets buffed up into the weapon + theres already been a thread about it
