I'm in belief this "Dual Spec" is more likely to be more of a template for speedy switching as opposed to changing on the spot..

Duel Spec is NOT even in the game nor PTR - Blizzard hasn't even stated when Duel Spec will be put in the game -_-
Also, Blizzard hasn't even said how the Duel Spec system will fully work

Once you post information on how this will work fully, I recommend this topic be deleted for the under the [No Theory] forum rule
