After playing around with this for more than a few hours, ive come to this conclusion.

The inside test team or whatever is allowed to port around like this, so they keep it activated. But we don't have real GM powers.
To test this, type "Worldport Test" in the console, and you get a message back saying something like, "Requires GM client, do not bug report".

Can't believe they didn't fix it immediately, but im bored now... Went everywhere last time this happened, and can't get into Northrend myself.
