Cap single arathi basin flag twice

Ok this bug will help you get achievement 'Me and the Cappin' Makin' it Happen' and you can use this in av.(dont know about WOTLK bg's but maybe there too)
First you need a Bg timer addon like 'capping'

Capping : WoWInterface Downloads : PvP/Arena/BattleGrounds

Then join AB. Now Alliance has assaulted stables, run there. No resistance at stables. Go to the flag and wait for the Stables timer to go to 10 seconds. When timer goes to 10 start capping. When 10 seconds is gone alliance will capture it but bg says that you got it (achievement will count this as capture). Now capture it again and voila -> 20 seconds 2 caps.
As i said you can use this at other Bg's.

ah i see now, i was looking at the stables in the ss because you used it as the example

i understand what your saying, but the ss doesn't make any sense
