if you're saying its special because of your WotlK shoulders, that's nothing special.

it is special because the old exploits mail & ah & guildbank for twink enchants got fixed and naxx 40 removed.

Er... actually, this is wrong, u need to enchant a bind on acc item, but u have even better enchants for shoulders than the Sandalar's, the Sandalar enchants actually bind the item on the caster, so unless u have a Bind on Acc item its pretty useless.
