En'Kilah Abomination - Funky Spawn Rates [lvl70-74]

I was doing a quest around this area and killed these two En'Kilah Abominations and right before they died they re spawned on top of a each other. So I tried it again and the same thing happened. Sometimes they don't spawn instantly but usually its pretty fast. You could just farm everything around here but I made a glide for glider that just killed these two mobs and left it overnight. Went amazing.

So it's not really an exploit but just some funky respawn rates. Someone else try and see how they do.
