Can anyone confirm that this is faster than questing?
70k-100k is what i've read so far, in every ten mins, but does that stick when you are level 79? :/

Ok been while since i posted but i feel the lack of a real guide is hendering this find.
1.) you need to complete the Entire chain of quests up to the last on called betrayal
2.) when do these quest you are disguised as a scourge most of the time
3.) when you get to the last chain you go and talk to the boss guy in voltarus
He ports you to the top where u must find you "sceptor" given to you as part of the quest. You Then Find one of the adds sorrounding the boss in the middle and you use the sceptor on him. **BUT NOT UNTIL YOU GET THE WARNING TO USE IT**
4.) Use it on a mob the mob become under your control and tank the boss with it. Be sure to stay in the ring with the boss otherwise you get a nast debuff. Do circles avoiding the aoes around the boss and use ur pet to kill him. Note you must do damage to the boss too inorder for you to beat him
5.) Loot the head But do not TURN it in.
6.)Instead use and make your way to the outer parts of the rind where they're 3 mobs
7.) Let your pet go wild while you aoe and watch the XP FLY
Cons
1.) If you pet breaks mind control you have 3-4 secs to use the sceptor on him again otherwise suffer a 3-14k blow every 3 secs
2.) If someone starts the event while your AOEing you have 3-7 secs to get your self out of combat and redisguise yourself with the quest item. Or your stuck in combat and you have to either fight the boss or die.
3.) Problem is pet breaks aggro and owns your face every 6-9 mins in and the event on my server happens about every 3 mins because everyone is trying to complete it. In Either CASE it's just about impossible to get out of combat and redisguise yourself in time before the boss either aggros and kills you or the mobs your fighting to or your pet turns and one shots you.
So i'm 1 bar of Xp for the last 3 hours because of the problems listed above. I assume this would work best on a small server between the hours of 3am -6am
But otherwise a good play.
