Doesnt matter the mammoth may have 1 skill that does that much dmg, but it can die, you get new one and it runs INCREDIBLY SLOW! there are no trolls there at all basicly. It took me 10 minutes to FIND the trolls for the quest.

This is one Mammoth exploit!

In the zone called "Zul'Drak" there is a quest, obtainable at 75, called"Wooley Justice". Quest: Wooly Justice - Thottbot: World of Warcraft

It is unlocked by finishing "Reap what you sow" Quest: You Reap What You Sow - Thottbot: World of Warcraft

Which is unlocked by finishing this chain- Quest: Spirit of Rhunok - Thottbot: World of Warcraft

One you have the quest, make your way to the Alter of Mam'toth (72, 43) and proceed to use your Medallion of Mam'toth to control a mammoth. Now you can begin.


You just have one attack. "Trample" which will do 3-5k damage, and has a very short cooldown. (Around 1.5 seconds). The mobs that you must kill will award XP, even while you're mounted! This is especially helpful for people leveling as Prot and Resto/Holy.

If your mammoth dies,(Which rarely happens) all you need to do is get a new one!


I was pulling in about 2k XP per kill, rested.

No XP yesterday - fixed

I did this with my rogue and I got 250k/h xp NOT rested. so its quite good but your rested finishes real fast. Its better to just hand in the quests and continue because once I got to the next zones i got about 350k xp/h not rested from questing only.
