Yes I can confirm this does work. However I am beginning to hear stories of people getting banned for doing so. :S

It got reduced to 75 rep per quest.

No, the rep per Quest is different. The one with the 3 flags brought me 75 rep, the one where you have to collect the 7 medals from the dead trolls only ****ing 25 rep (WTF!!!), then I came to the quest where you have to talk to 5 ac npc - and this one brought 250 rep...doing it the 6th time now. Hopefully I find a similar quest on the weekend cause other dailies suck because of too many players. Would make 5000 rep if I do it 20 times on 2 days means 10k rep...thats exalted!

But I thinks this is more a guide than an exploit. Nobody gets banned for using this method, instead blizzard adjusted the rep on the single quests - it's just clever use of game mechanics.

Got exalted with AC just a few minutes ago with this strategy. When you grab Pa'troll, look at the quest each task giver gives on Wowhead. Find the one that gives you 250 (not sure if theres always atleast one, but I managed to get one that was). Repeat that one for maximum effeciency. Only took me 2 hours to go from 11k-21k. Hopefully it was an easy one like mine! (Intestinal Fortitude)

Logging resets the daily counter. I always got "You can do 18 more dailies today" each time I log and turn it in, however if I do it the other way, drop Pa'Troll, and grab the quests again, my daily counter goes down (to 17) but back up ti 18 when I log again.

Another tip, turn off addons to logon faster.

Another tip: Use a hack to disable the loading of unneeded textures to logon faster.
Another tip: Stop using the GUI altogether and interface with the game through your own custom commandline client.

Yet another tip: The fact that lowering resource consumption will increase the speed at which the rest of the software is able to operate (assuming it hasn't reached some kind of terminal operating speed for your setup) is common sense.
