Hello this quest is named Blighbeasts be damned
the quest is for level 72 or lower.
in this quest you get a flying mount for 10 minutes that you should only be able to use in a certain place that is very near Wintergrapsh so mount up and you will be able to go there at only level 72.
Also when you are using this mount if you have your blizzard bear out the bear will acctuly fly after you in the air.

meh, here my version:

Yesterday I went to Thousandwinter Lake/Wintergrasp (God, I hate the translations...) with the provided mount of the Venomspire-Quest Damned be these Scourgebeasts/Blightbeasts be Damned!(again, hating the translations...)
at level 72. 5 levels earlier than Blizz planed.
