Well excuse me for wanting to share this with fellow exploiters. If you look at the chess event thread i thought of this exploit a while back and i have to say i did not steal this idea from you. What's more it is selfish to keep this exploit from everyone because blizz will obviously fix the chess event soon therefore we need to do the chess event as many times as possible b4 its fixed.

And to the people who are getting saved im sorry this didnt work completely for you but again i warn you if you do not have 20+ seconds to log out before the king dies you WILL be saved(i dont recommend alt+f4).

would it work even better if you just pulled out your eithernet cable? cause when you have no internet connection you get "disconnected from server" maybe you could try this Duldregirn since you are the best at it so far.

Lemme just say dam lol. All my characters have been saved because i havent found a good time to log out my best was 4 runs without saving. My advice:

NEVER USE ALT+F4!

That being said i would suggest logging out when hes at like 40% as long as u know ull win. If u lose who cares? the worst that can happen is u have to start the event over and thats better than being saved. I ask all of u to keep testing since my characters are out for the count till next week.

On another note i suggest copying ur characters on a PTR. The chess event seems changed to me on PTR. Some things ive noticed:

-healers heal alot more than usual
-debuff after u stop controlling a piece is only like 6 seconds
-Medivh cheats more often.

But it is still doable on PTR.

I have done it a lot of time (get 12 epic actually and keep going on).

I have done some tests with a friend:

alt+f4:
-You are disconnected about 30 sec later

pull out your ethernet cable:
-same as alt+f4

/logout:
-Past the 20sec your character will instantly disconnected

So if you crach your client (wow) by alt+f4 or pulling your cable out, it takes more time to disconnect because you have to wait the server to ping you to be disconnected because you don't have given any response

The good solution is to put your king near the medivh king (had down Queen and healers) and another piece like a rooke or your Queen but both must fight the King.

At my last rush before I go to work, medivh's king come in the aoe, so his life decrease drasticly, I just have the time to put my king near medivh's king and type "/logout". When the timer hit 0 he was just at 4% and when I reconnect he is down and I have no ID

TIP: During the logout timer you can continue to cast with the selected character, so if you think the king as not anoth or to much life you can adjust it before disconnecting

For mages trying to blink through the side door, this is how I do it without agro and without using frost nova:

I use the thing where you wait until you can see the rat through the crack on the left side then I blink and it puts me in. So when I see the rat, I back all the way down the stairs until I get right to the wall, dont collide with the wall or it may shift you to the left. When I'm just before the wall, I blink and it sets me JUST inside of the door, I move 2 steps to the right and can basically afk there if I wanted just for reference, cast invis.. and continue

What I need help with is the very last wall near the Flesh Beast, I am having hella problems wall jumping that thing, any suggestions?

I have already raided with my guild this week, if i go in solo and do the D/C thing and loot the chest will it disappaear for the rest of my raid who was not there?

Yes most likely. In addition you will only be able to do it once. Your already saved to the instance which means u and anyone else who is saved can only do the event once. Try to do this before you are saved.
