watershield giving more mana

Atm im trying to work out why my water shield is bugged so thought id share this find on here searched and found nothing.

Im resto spec shaman and was killing mobs when i noticed my water shield was giving more mana than the tooltip said and was like .. wow strange ( because i didnt have any talents used to improve it or glyphs ).. the spell says it gives 428 mana back at level 80 and there is a totem which can add a extra 27 mana to that .. also talent points to increase it by 15%..

without the totem water shield gave me 477 mana back when it should only give 428.

with the totem it gives me 504 mana back when the tooltip says 455 mana back.

so either the talent to improve water shield in the enhancement tree is bugged and works when you dont have it.. which could be handy for someone who pvps, or the tooltip is wrong.. but a gm did say it should only give the mana back it says..

just thought id share this.. if anyone knows why its giving more mana back please share!
