[Exploit] Unholy DK - Auto-heal Ghoul out of combat

So I was questing in Hellfire yesterday and mounting to move between mobs quicker, when I noticed that each time my Ghoul dug it's way out of the ground it would be completely healed and any status effects on it removed.

Don't think this works without the Master of Ghouls talent. Yeah, it's probably next to useless, but I hate being a leech and this is my first find.

This is very old common sense considering the ghoul is just a normal combat pet, this has always been the case with warlock and hunter
