So I was cruising along in the new expansion when I thought of a very neat trick. I was running from some mobs and used feign death and they all ran away because someone dieing randomly is believable. Well blizz made it so the cooldown on feign death doesn't trigger until you cancel the effect, preventing you from chain-feigning, and gaining an unfair advantage in sticky situations. BUT, using the readiness ability will counter the feign's cooldown, making it available right after you unfeign. Well this sounds like a neat trick, especially when you consider readiness DOES in fact cooldown while you are feigned. This is important because readiness will pop before feign death's effect ends. So knowing this, you CAN feign death multiple times in a row, avoiding death when necessary. Imagine leveling a hunter to 80 without dieing ONCE! This is my first post so be kind and I searched forums for this but didn't find it blah blah blah
Also, since you regen mana while feigned, this process can be infinite.
tl;dr version:
1. feign
2. readiness
3. feign
4. wait for readiness to pop
5. feign
6. repeat steps 4. and 5. until you achieve satisfactory results
