Many of you probably know tha tmost of the time if you fall in front of a boat whether your faction or enemy's, it normally goes through you once its in motion. well with the new deathknight's capacity touse path of frost to walk on water, then mount, and the *BONUS* of unholy deathknight's 20% speed boost, i have found out how to hitch a ride on any alliance boat, since horde uses zeps i didnt do it for hors,e, below are instructions and screenshots for:
Night elf wooden boats
Human old boats (orange small)
human new wood+metal northrend boats (ones being built in sw harbor and ones that go to stormwind)
So far ive been able to use this to kill alliance players in stormwind, and when outnumbered just hitch a ride on the closest moving boat, then let things cool off. its also useful to get a ride in enemy towns. sadly horde technology flies and is superior to pathetic boats so not useful to the alliance.
also a useful way to sneak entire raid groups into alliance cities, seeing as how all except for ironforge are boat accessible. the human old orange boats can be mounted as show in a few different places if you wait while its rested. rest of boats explained in pics.

NOTE: The position for the northrend boat in the pic will work, but as boat starts moving you should line up witht he wheel shaped thing like 5 feet towards back of boat from my location in pic.
please, my fellow no longer oppressed death knights and other waterwalkers, enjoy
EDIT2: For nightelf boats, to get on while in motion get inside the boat, then jump. you will stick to inside until zone change
