i'm pretty sure they took out honor depreciation on targets some few patches ago, so to answer your question no, it remains the same based on your opponent.

I think they bumped it to 10-20 kills before it drops. Anyone confirm that honor is gained from the same target after 20 kills?

as far as i know you still get honor after 20 kills, i farmed the insignia of the alliance for my lvl1 banker last month with a trial acc i killed over and over, and was still getting honor after 200+ kills a day

Already thought about this. I got 3000 honor an no reduction in the change. That was in about 10 minutes with a few allys/horde.

I've arranged a set date for a shit load of allys and horde to meet up on our Realm forums. You should do the same. It's piss easy honor.
