80% Increased speed in buildings !

Well , this is not really exploit but not finishing one quest gives you ability to have 80% increased speed in places where you usually dismount cause of "Can only be used outside".

It's a questchain in Howling Fjord's which is started by Watcher Moonleaf at Steel Gate. The first quest name is The Cleansing and you can make this chain till Alpha Worg quest. In this quest chain you obtain a disguise which gives you 80% run speed and isn't restricted in anyway !Just don't turn in last quest and you can run in buildings easily , only when you attack/cast/get attacked - it turns off. Anyway it's nice to run in places where you can't mount . Haven't checked it in instances yet - tell me your opinion

it has one major limitation that has not been mentioned - it only works in howling fjord, no other zones.

Damn , it's a fact that i haven't used it in any other zone , just in many places in fjords .

Well , as long as you have the quest in your quest log you have the item which gives you this 80% inceased speed BUT as some1 posted you can use this item ONLY in Howling Fjords so actually ... i failed. Anyway it works in buildings in HF . not sure about instance in it
