This thread OP talks about "how to solo black war bear achievement by attacking boss before scourge invasion attack"
And he doesn't say anything about "kill Thrall while in Arena" or "How to make 2 or more raid be able to get kill credit" at all.

Wont work, you have to cause most amount of damage to get credit. Its the same theory behind the infernals attacking shadowmoon valley.
