Im not sure how long this has been around for but Hunters volley gives bow skill even if it isn't casted at anything. Bug or new feature?

Dont really know, depends on how you think, i would say its a exploit, but you still "train" if you would just cast it, but imo its an exploit, ill +rep you when i see what it is

I just noticed this today while randomly doing volley for some ''party'' effects.

Might aswell spam max rank since lower rank = more mana since 3.0.2 went live. LUL!
