Before you guys cry "NOT AN EXPLOIT", technically this isn't, but this isn't common knowledge as it's new and needs to be known.

The PvP honor gems used to be Soulbound and Unique-Equipped.
They are now neither.
These gems now sell for up to 250G per server.
I sell the 6885 gems for 200G and 8500 gems for 250G.

Considering you get about 500 honor per AV if you lose, 1000 if you win, this can be profitable.
While grinding AV for marks and what-not after you've gotten the honor you needed for your S2, start advertising these gems in trade. When someone bites, buy the gem with your extra honor and sell them.

Every 7 - 17 AV's you can get an extra 200G - 250G practically free.

The gems in question are the following. They are purchased from the Officer Accessories Quartermaster vendor in the Hall of Legends/Hall of Champions.

Bold Ornate Ruby
Runed Ornate Ruby
Smooth Ornate Dawnstone / Gleaming Ornate Dawnstone

8500 Honor:
Inscribed Ornate Topaz
Potent Ornate Topaz

This is obviously helping because if you're grinding for MARKS not honor, you may have tons of extra honor to waste, and you can be making gold off of it. This is new with the patch, almost noone knows about this.

8.5k honor is worth way more than 250g...

In the time it takes you to farm that much honor you could make several thousand gold,

and who ever needs to farm AV just for the marks
