Yea, I see nothing different than bringing low level player to kill high level mobs, and I don't see any exploit either.

first, you don't get any necrotic runes + epics from the rares.
Second, the exp does scale in outland , but not at invasion spawns.

ITS AN EXPLOIT. Because tagging them will grant you experience, as with other mobs it normally wouldnt.

either it hotfixed or it doesnt even work

wont get xp coz they aint in same levle range unless they are about lvl 64-69
