is it possible to skill up to 350? i've just skilled maces, swords and unarmed to 349, but i can't reach 350 - i've tried it for more than 10 minutes each skill and still stuck at 349 :-(

It takes FOREVER to get 350. Took me like almost an hour.

Also, a side note : Intellect helps you increase weapon skills faster, I suggest you get a mage to buff you, not sure how much it helps though.

It did work, but was apparently removed.
wowwiki claims that despite the tooltip being removed the effect is still in place,
another source I read claims that int buffs do not add an effect, rather that
it is the chars base mana
I was sure I read in the patch notes that int no longer affected weapon skill up
but im darned if I can find it

Also: I can verify that intellect DOES still effect weapon skillups. I put together a full intellect set and you can definitely see the difference. 349-350 with a decent int set didn't take more than 30 sec (I leveled 5 different skills), and almost every number before that was every hit almost.
I recommend outlands "of int" gear if you can get it on the AH since this guy does no damage.

Omg thanks so much just got my paladin to 70 and got my self a nice 2h mace needed to train skill from 1 to 350 and this made it sooo easy +rep
