Omg, the first step works fine - and that is the main exploit.

It is an exploit, since you get the achivment before you learn the skill - and then you can (like you can with almost all vendor items) tell a GM that you bought the wrong item and get the money back.

This is one of the better posts iv seen in a long time, keep it up.

Germans can confirm that this is working. Maybe only working on EU Servers.
