[Exploit][Holiday?] Test Flights in seconds

Wowhead is down at the moment otherwise I'd put up links to the actual quests.

The Test Flight quests in Blades Edge Mountains (Toshley's Station) send you flying to far off lands and requiring you to run all the way back to the station if you have no quests in the area. There is a way to skip the running back part:

Have yourself put into the Zephyrium Capacitorium then click log out. You won't be launched but you will get quest credit and the slowfall buff.

I did this during Hallow's End, so instead of the normal ZC there's a giant pumpkin, so that may be the reason why it works.


If this is a repost I apologize, I did a quick search and all I found was a reference to mages blinking out of the fall. Let's hope someone is out there questing with me to verify. =)

I thought about this at work, I shoulda tagged this [Useless] as well.

Why would one do something like this?

Well I always hated these quests that would send me flying away and have to run all the way back to gain credit, so once I tried to log out during the launching process (because I'm crazy, yo) , I did not launch but got credit for the quest. =)

lol just tried this on test flight ruuan wield, i did complete the flight part but i had to do something else in the quest too ( now i have 3min cd
