not the op post about doing it but the posts that are 4th and 5th. They sum up what you said. this is all to do with zoning, so sure u mention a different instance but so what? its same thing...

And who has problem with that anyhow? U can do it in 5 mins in AV just by nuking a cave or you get it the first BG you actually play in.

welll if your a pure healing class it can be hard to get to 300k healing unless your in a slow wsg or losing av. still the underwater ab trick does it...
