Or a faster way just quest have made 3 chars to 60 with raf and questing is the fastes way you just need to pick the right quest only quest like talk to him or kill this or kill him before you know it your level 60

me and my friend used RAF, we both made new chars, lvld them to 10 and got our other lvl 70 friend to boost us trough DM, then SM, and so on, we reached 60 in about 1day,

Screwing around with macros meh, all you need to do is raf and paladin/druid/whatever that can aoe.
1. Pull whole sm
2. aoe near lowbies
3. ???
4. Profit
