How do you mean "Go up?"

At the moment I'm envisioning a mage portal lifting off the ground like a kite... which (if it's what you mean) would kinda suck for the people in the group if you click it enough to go out of range.

If there's an achievement that I haven't seen yet "Travel through (insert number) portals" ahh that makes sense to me.

Either way, or if you are referring something else completely, dies it apply only to mage portals, or is it applicable to lock and summoning stone portals.

Now I'm imagining a pissed off warlock trying to summon people to an instance or special event when suddenly .

Gotcha. I was not aware that anyone cared about that but then there are about a million achievements and only a few of which I've seen acomplished (comparitively speaking). I'm assuming that's why a person would want their number to go up.

Expanding on the Current Exploit - Possibilities

Have you tested spam clicking the horde portals in shat for the same effect? It might be worth investigating.

How many clicks are required for the achievement(s)?

Common Sense

I'll bet it'd be fairly easy to bribe most mages a few silver to cover the cost of their reagents to get a enormous number of clicks. You could get into the thousands in like a half hour provided you have a cooperative mage with enough reagents to keep em' coming.

Super Powering this Exploit

You might want to check out the threads where people are claiming that it's possible to get multiple candies/treat bags from the holiday event by using a super fast clicking program.

If what you say is true, there is no reason why this would not work so I'm not even going to call it a mere "possibility." Download it, run it, come away with like 500-1500 portals (if not more) after just one mage portal summoning.

Depends on if you get instantaneous credit for the clicks, or if there is a delay akin to a cooldown.



Two nights ago I got PWNT by ordinary multiple clicking because I was impatient due to being needed in Kara, had a lag spike without realizing it immediately and spam clicked the repair icon at the vender... I came away paying like 15 times the cost of my plate repair bill. >.< Ahh well, I figure I get pwned by an occasional bug, it makes up for the fun and odd stuff I've been able to do because of other bugs/exploits.

The only reason I mention this is because this thread reveals yet another way rapid clicking can be exploited, and if I can get a 15 X repair bill, what else might I get for my impatient fingets that might be useful.

Or, have a mage make you a portal in a capital city exactly where you end up when you enter said portal, and just spam it?

I was wondering about that autoclicking stuff, would it work with turning in a quest and then when your about to click complete use the autoclicker for insane xp and monatery rewards? Does anyone know this, I'm just guessing out of the blue here so plz don't flame!
