just one detail... you should do it after "one minute left" announcement... everytime when i try it before this, right after enter the AB, i am not able to go thru gate...

I would like to try and test that claim.
It seems to random for me when it fails, it is 100% related to how your CPU and GPU are processing instructions from what I can tell.
Example yesterday sing my macro I d/c'd 5 times and on the 5th time it finally let me through the gate with 30s left on the timer.
Yet the next BG it worked immediately, first try, before timer appeared. I had 1.5min to mess around, capped GM, BS and ran to LM before alliance gate opened.
FYI this also works in EOTS but again, if you cannot lag far enough away it seems to auto port you back.
yeah, this is great. i use it all the time now and just go up to the hordes gate and mess with them.
i wonder if i can go through my gate in ab, than walk all the way to the horde and go through there gate. that would be funny
Works every time for me.
If you time it right in WSG or EOTS you can lag switch your way out, if the gates open before snapping you back you stay out.
This is awesome, i used it to get some of my achievements in AB. +Rep
very usefull and easy to do, thx
Tested and confirmed. It DOES DC you with the macro. I have yet to try to enter a gate though. Nice! Thanks

I am an ally Hunter FYI and I did not change the macro at all
one more info... success does not depend on your computer's configuration... imho i have really fats computer and this works for me at least at third try every time...
AMD Phenom Black Edition 2,6 GHz
4 GB 1066 MHz RAM
VelociRaptor 300gb 10 000 rpm
ATI Radeon 4870x2 2gb OC
...
...
so again.. if it fails, try again, and again, and again... one day you'll just go thru the doors :-)
did this today on AB and it works perfect

I have tried this in brd on the shadowforge key required doors but haven't managed to do it
^^ works for me
I would suggest putting in a cd when the loading screen starts up. Or run more than one WoW at once.
I have just noticed that some people's machines, especially slower single core or single processor machines they get a longer loading screen but zone into a mostly complete world. Where as fast machines, especially machines optimized for parallelism like dual core/proc machines you get a super short loading screen and are moving around an almost completely unloaded world for the first few seconds. But heck, I have only tested on a few machines, and who cares really it works!
Or does it work, new patch today, maybe they fixed?
