it says 3 sec on wow head WOOPDIE DOO wowheads never been rong if it was bugged they wudda fixed it in a flash its working as intended and evry1 knew so this isnt an exploit ur basically saying steady shot used to be 1.5 sec cast now its 2 sec BUG BUG! post things that are usfull u dont even deserve rep for this
