Step 1) Summon a felhunter with Fel Int
Step 2) Mount up
Step 3) Log out
Step 4) Log in
Step 5) Summon new pet
Step 6) ???
Step 7) Profit!

Edit -- I haven't tested this thoughly, but might work with diffrent combos. Also it works for groups when you come out of arena's.
