My first contribution, hope you like.

Requires Two (or more) WoW Accounts. (Could probably done with a trial accnt)

This is mostly common sense. If you want to get the Masquerade achievement without having to pay people to use their wand on you, then on your second account just create a bunch of level 1's and run them to the inn and trick or treat.
