these mobs don't drop anything. (latest patch @ beta realm) the have removed the drops. only gold will drop.


but the named mob inside the cavern will drop frostweave and other items


but its realy hard and wasted time to kill 1 mob and all his "guards" to reach him :O

I used eyes of the beast to go and attack the main guy, then simply used Cheetah to kite him down into ungoro.
