Queue someone not in group

If you invite someone and queue for a skirmish before they accept, or don't accept, they will get the skirmish queue. Not able to try other BG's because im at work but i'll do so when I get home and post on it.

this is like the annoy ppl with rolling w.o being in grp.
There was macro like:

/invite Romeo
/roll

and even if he was in grp he would se your rolls.

any possible way to do this.. any script to make u queue for BG so u can time it same time? xD wud be nice
