[ROGUE] Kill orgrimmar auctioneers for hours without using vanish.

Okay rogues, you may already know that you can shadowstep to the horde aucitoneers in orgrimmar and kill them. However me and a friend today kept them dead for almost an hour without even the use of vanish by hiding behind a box on the platform and breaking LOS from enemy horde. From there we killed off the guards that would spawn when we killed the auctioneers and we could re-stealth.

The screenshot shows the box you can hide behind and restealth.



No horde except for pets will be able to attack you there. Spell AOE, hunter flare, and so on cannot hit you here. After that you can kill off the auctioneers again.

I recommend you go with another rogue because you'll have to kill 3 guards initially + any that spawn from the auctioneers. And probably alot of hunter pets. Enjoy

it sure felt like an exploit, no one in the AH could get to me or attack me and I could just bandage behind the box and restealth and kill the auctioneers again. if that's not an exploit then I dunno what is. world pvp and griefing is where it's at for me.

Its allowed, called world pvp.

It is not against the TOU to "farm" or "camp" an NPC or player. However, if you are griefing them by killing the auctioneers for example, yes, you can get in minor trouble, like a warning or whatever.

nah you can't be warned for killing a NPC, BUT players cannot jump up behind the auction house cause of the inv wall, so its not allowed to go there I guess.

No hes right. I used to camp Stormwind Auctioneers, And I got a Warning. I also Spawn camped Flight master, and got a 3 hour ban, needless to say, I didn't do that again.
