You can kill the creatures on that page to gain rep with that faction - then kill the vendor and repeat

this is an amazing trick to use when the darkmoon faire is in town, especially if you have 2 accounts. have one account go to war and kill the vendor who sells herbs (most notably, fel lotus) and have your other character spam buy the lotus

dont even need 2 accounts, just 2 toons

just tried with geenia sunshadow in moonglade, but she didnt have any limited items back on sale after she respawned

Saem thing happened here .I killed the npc and it respawned after 3 min but with no other limited supplies.I don't think this works on all servers but i'm gonna keep trying to see where does this thing work. Nice find
