Yeah the highest is usually the newest game lol.. you'll get the hang of it though and once you do its OP for farming marks.
Also I did forget to add this method is good for farming honor too with the marks for honor quest, and yes I did come up with this back when I used to bot AV alot. As of today I dont bot AV anymore(Only so many times you will lose 30k+ honor and 50+ of each mark without feeling discouraged).

Thanks +Rep
Haha I love how there are 3 posts bearing this title
Il oncea again repeat this a repost!
http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-gu...lso-marks.html
its not word to word repost but it uses the same idea
nice tip never thought of it
looks cool :P + rep
this is a great method, but I think the effectiveness varies on each srvr depending on queue times, like my shit srvr Gul'dan's queue times for WSG and EOTS are fairly slow even with first available as the queue option. So by the time I wait for that queue to tell me what i need to know ill have to wait again to find out what game im goign into, so by the time i waited for both queues, its pretty much the same time it takes for one game to get done lol, so in the long wrong FOR ME it seems faster to just play every game.
Why the fk are you repping him this is a repost!http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-gu...lso-marks.html
its not word to word but its the same idea
+ how this is an exploit?
Stinking half the section looks at it, sees "oo" and +rep, totally disregarding the fact that it's a repost.
Hence, i have no idea how people can't get contrib, all you have to do is basicly repost things enough, and you'll get either
1) Pity rep "Atleast he's trying"
2) Rep because no one searches
i see you didn't get epic for nothing Enfee. you use your brains, the key of the winning door.
really intresting![]()
ya i know its a repost but i cant get this like down right. I que for first available AB 5 will pop then i que for ab 7-9 nd then its like 10 min wait nd its a new game always wtf am i doing wrong?
Tested it last night but did not write down any numbers so I will use some averages.
Sorry for the long winded reply
*remember - the averages (or guestamations) will be different depending on what BG your on. I'm on Vengeance.
During my test I was running EotS/AB/WSG. I started with AV but I feel I get more honor completing the whole run since I have the opportunity of obtaining 400+ honor and still getting 3 marks. You only get 314 honor while losing 4 marks for the turn in.
So lets start,
Initial theory –
Using the exploit you have the opportunity to start a game and finish it in record time by joining a game that is close to ending. This should result in an over abundance of marks allowing the gamer to turn in excess marks for honor, or you could just be farming marks for that one item you need.
The exceptions –
This is an excellent technique with a controlled environment of, for example, WSG where the FC of either team (since this technique doesn’t matter if you win or lose) is apart of a premade group and can quickly move the flag across the field.
1) With that exception it implies that this is not a turtled game.
2) The BG member turn-over rate at which members from a particular BG drop group due to another queue, hearthing, being summoned outside of the BG, logging out, etc.
3) Resetting of queue placement (I haven’t thought a lot about this one…)
When you queue for WSG and 5 pops up you want to queue for 6+. If 6 ends before you get in you drop to 7 and start back over in the queue. Starting over in a queue lets those that select “First available” ahead of you making your wait time longer.
Now down to the guestamaiton of numbers,
I was queuing using this technique while my friend was queuing first available. They were queuing for WSG/EotS/AB (the same as I) their first queue was AB 1 and so was mine.
They enter 1 and I queue for AB 2+.
EotS 3 pops I queue EotS 4+.
WSG 8 pops I queue WSG 9+.
This continued with the following round about results,
I'm sorry for not writing the exact numbers down.

*I am calling turtles based on personal preferences and considering anything over 20minutes a turtle. You can win all games in under 20 minutes (except AV - its a little harder) with the right premade.
My thoughts, I think that more people tend to leave a game because of turtles. Also, if we were up and doing well in any BG losing a group or two could really hurt the round. If 3 were protecting GM in AB and those 3 leave no one is there to call inc making it a sure loss of GM. Once the 3 were replaced and we gained GM back it starts the turtle game.
So with all that crap above here I can conclude that within the 1.75 hours I gained almost half of what someone that just joined first available did. Now keep in mind that this is for the battle group of Vengeance and is subject to change based on the turn over rate per BG. Maybe I just had a bad night?
